The immediate opportunity centers on an EC135 heavy refurbishment project involving avionicsintegration, equipment installation, electrical and aircraft systems troubleshooting, and Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) modifications. Direct EC135 installation and refurbishment experience is especially valued.

Avionics Technician — Modifications and Integration

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform avionics installation, integration, modification, and troubleshooting on Airbus helicopter platforms. 

• Support EC135 heavy refurbishment projects involving avionics upgrades and STC installations.

• Install, route, terminate, and test aircraft electrical wiring, harnesses, connectors, and avionics equipment.

• Perform avionics system integration, operational checks, and functional testing.

• Install and modify communication, navigation, flight instrumentation, and other aircraft electronic systems.

• Troubleshoot electrical and avionics discrepancies using appropriate test equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive, direct avionics installation and modification experience on EC130, EC135, EC145, or BK117

  helicopters

• Strong background in aircraft avionics installations, electrical wiring, and systems integration.

• Experience supporting STC installations or major aircraft modifications.

• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and aircraft maintenance manuals.

• Experience with avionics troubleshooting, testing, and fault isolation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.

• Experience working within an FAA Part 145 Repair Station.

Aircraft Modification and Integration Technician

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform aircraft modifications, equipment installations, and systems integration on EC130, EC135, EC145, and BK117 helicopters.  Support EC135 refurbishment projects involving STC installations and aircraft modifications.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues during installation and integration.

• Perform operational checks and functional testing of installed and integrated systems.

• Read engineering drawings, installation instructions, aircraft manuals, and approved technical data.

• Document installations, modifications, and test results in accordance with applicable requirements.

• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations, repair station procedures, and aviation safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive, direct aircraft modification, installation, and integration experience on EC130, EC135, EC145, or BK117 helicopters. 

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot installation and integration discrepancies.

• Experience completing aircraft modifications and verifying installation quality and system functi

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Aircraft Painters with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the aerospace industry.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in preparing, painting, and finishing aircraft surfaces to meet high industry standards.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest quality of aircraft finishing.

Key Responsibilities

Surface Preparation:

• Inspect and prepare aircraft surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming as necessary. Remove old paint or corrosion using appropriate methods such as hand sanding, grinding, or chemical stripping.

• Ensure surfaces are clean, smooth, and ready for painting.

Painting:

• Apply primers, topcoats, and other specialized coatings to aircraft components, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

• Utilize spray guns, brushes, or rollers to achieve a uniform and high-quality finish.

• Mix and match paints to achieve the desired color and texture, ensuring consistency across the aircraft.

• Quality Control:

• Inspect painted surfaces for defects such as runs, sags, or thin spots and make necessary corrections.

• Perform final quality checks to ensure all painted surfaces meet or exceed company and regulatory standards.

• Document work performed and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Aircraft Painter in an aerospace environment.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficient in various painting techniques and tools, including spray guns and mixing equipment.

• Strong understanding of paint properties, including types of paints and primers used in the aerospace industry.

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to aircraft painting and finishing.

• Physical Requirements:
