Scope:

• Focal for all coordination, issues, questions and concerns for a predetermined set of parts.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance. Coordinates the movement of assets and components through the repair cycle.

• Maintains internal/external supplier/customer interface with regular communication, such as attending customer supply meetings.

• Processes documentation associated to repair items and warranty claims. Identifies customer issues for resolution or referral.

Specific Skill Requirements:

• 2+ year's related experience

• Must be able to demonstrate the use of Microsoft Excel and the use of formulas

Position:

The Supply Specialist (SS) directly supports the warfighter forward and coordinates resources from all available support elements including OEM’s, battalions and repair facilities for products moving in and out of country.
