$24 - $26 per hour

.Responsibilities
· Comply with policies and procedures
· Review coded invoices before inputting into accounting software
· Managing and updating spreadsheets for tracking purposes
· Preparing checks to vendors
· Prepare Excel spreadsheets
· Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documents for all transactions.
· Provide support for internal and external audits
· Reconcile all employees expense reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience in accounts payable
· Strong analytical skills
· Detailed oriented with strong organization skills
· Knowledge of Unanet accounting software a plus
