STRUCTURES MECHANIC AVIATION
The Role
We are seeking an Aircraft Structures Mechanic to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and airworthiness of our fleet by inspecting, maintaining, and repairing aircraft structural components. You will play a key role in supporting operational readiness and capability across various services.

Key Responsibilities
• Production, maintenance, and repair of structural components on aircraft.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on structural components, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance engineers, technicians, and specialists to troubleshoot structural issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records for all maintenance, repair, and modification activities.
• Initiate quality, non-conformance, or defect reporting as necessary.
• Promote and adhere to safety protocols in all maintenance activities.
About You
• Relevant trade qualifications.
• Previous experience working on rotary wing aircraft preferred.
• Experience with aircraft structures.
• Proficient in the use of maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, and regulatory guidelines.
• Knowledge of aircraft structures, materials, and repair techniques.
• A quality-focused approach with the ability to meet exacting standards.
• Strong communication skills, both professional and proficient.
• Motivated to perform in a disciplined and dynamic aviation environment.
• Industrious, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing operation.
• Required: Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Preferred: Airframe & Powerplant License.
